During an interview with ESPN in November 2023, Kane picked the Argentine legend over Ronaldo when asked whom he would have preferred to play with.
"I'd love to play with Messi. One of the greatest players to ever play our game. I'm sure he'd be able to give me a few assists," Kane said (via SPORTbible).
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are now in the twilight of their immensely successful careers at 39 and 37, respectively. The pair are in the final year of their contracts with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia and Inter Miami in the MLS, respectively.
