Lionel Messi spotted partying with Antonela Roccuzzo and Luis Suarez after Inter Miami win vs Nashville, pictures surface
Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez sure do know how to grab the headlines and did so once again after making an appearance with their respective partners at a party. The superstar Inter Miami duo had helped their side to a comfortable win over Nashville in the MLS on Saturday (April 20).
Messi swapped Europe for USA in 2023, signing for Inter Miami on a free transfer from PSG. His signing was soon followed by a raft of additions from Europe, including that of Suarez, who joined six months later from Gremio in the Brazilian top-flight.
Lionel Messi was spotted at a Latin American night under the banner of Bresh in Miami, Florida, accompanied by his wife Antonela Roccuzzo. The 36-year-old Argentina captain took pictures with his long-time partner in front of a giant pink teddy bear, with both of them holding drinks and rocking all black outfits.
Luis Suarez also made an appearance with his wife Sofia Balbi, and they took a picture in the same spot as his teammate. They also appeared in black outfits and had drinks in their hands as they looked like they enjoyed their night out.
Their pictures were shared on Instagram by the official Bresh account, and both footballer WAGs shared a photo together alongside another mutual friend. The post has generated over 380,000 ikes on the platform since it was put up.
Luis Suarez, and particularly Lionel Messi, starred for Inter Miami when they defeated Nashville at their Chase Stadium home. Messi scored twice and provided an assist for Sergio Busquets in the game to lead his side to a second successive league win.
Suarez has been in impressive form since his arrival in the MLS, scoring six goals and providing four assists in only nine appearances. Messi, on the other hand, has contributed seven goals and provided three assists in six league appearances this season.
Luis Suarez reaches Lionel Messi assist landmark in Nashville win
Luis Suarez recorded a landmark assist for strike partner Lionel Messi in Inter Miami's 3-1 win over Nashville. The Uruguayan striker provided a 50th career assist for the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner, with whon he has played over 200 games.
Messi and Suarez first linked up when the ex-Uruguay international joined Barcelona in 2014. Since then, they have formed one of the most formidable attacks in Europe, moved their separate ways and come back to play together.
Luis Suarez's 50th assist for Lionel Messi made him the player to have assisted the most goals for the 36-year-old in his career. It also helps that the former Liverpool and Ajax striker is best of friends with Messi outside of football.
