Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham in the race for a £25 million transfer package
Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are on the look out for Holland’s Stefan de Vrij and Bruno Martins Indi. The trio of Premier League teams hope for a possible double Dutch transfer of the duo by the end of summer.
21-year-old Vrij and 20-year-old Indi have both been the top players for Holland’s national team, replacing Johnny Heitinga and Joris Mathijsen, who were a part of the last World Cup Finals and European Championship for Holland.
The duo, calculated to cost £25 million together, both play for Feyenoord. Stefan de Vrij, who also became captain at a young age of 19, knew of the Premier League interest and told his club that he is not ready to sign a fresh deal as of now.
“I want to see what is happening now. I will focus on playing for the club and for Holland, but I won’t sit down with the club now about a new contract.”
