Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers heaps praise on Luis Suarez

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has praised his star striker Luis Suarez for his hard work and his determination, after his return, to help the Anfield club towards a top four finish this season.

The Uruguayan who is  famous for making the headlines for all the wrong reasons has made a complete U-turn and is now media’s sweetheart for his performance on the pitch.

He has scored 3 goals for his club since his return in as many games.

“You see his work-rate and his demand for a better ball into the box, and that’s what we want.There was a moment in the first half where he chased back on the left and won the ball, too, ” said the manager.

“There is no doubting his commitment and there is no doubting he will always have that desire at all times.That attitude from Luis to demand the best is exactly what we want.”
