As we are entering the business end of the current season, we are getting a much clearer idea of teams and their positions in various competitions. Looking at Manchester City, they are the team chasing history with each victory. Manchester City's dominance is seemingly unprecedented, more so, in the second half of the season. The relentless and consistent majestic performances portray that the improbable quest of a quadruple is within their reach.

The Sky blues looks unstoppable. Pep Guardiola's men have already won the Carabao Cup and remain at the top of the Premier League table with 80 points after 32 games. City have scored more than any other team in the league and conceded more goals than only Liverpool in the top ten teams, which really depicts their dominance.

They are in the Semi-finals of FA Cup where they face Brighton this weekend and are through to the Quarter Finals of the Champions League. No English team has had the quality to match the famous Manchester United side which won the treble in 1999 but City's staggering exploits makes the historic feat look achievable.

Without further ado, let us take a look at three reasons why Manchester City can win the quadruple at the end of this season:

#1 Presence of numerous match-winners

The Citizens have world-class superstars who can decide the fate of games

There remains little doubt over the fact that Pep Guardiola has a high-quality squad in his hands. There are a plethora of stars who are proving themselves to be match winners in almost every week since the start of the campaign.

City won the Premier League title with a huge lead last season and Kevin De Bruyne was arguably their best player. The Belgian midfielder has been barely missed this term because players like Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane and Sergio Aguero are constantly destroying defenses within the blink of an eye.

All the four mentioned players are enjoying one of the best seasons of their careers and they have managed to step up and prove themselves as match-winners on a consistent basis. Same goes for players like Aymeric Laporte, Kyle Walker, Fernandinho and David Silva, who display their caliber in times of need.
