Three Premier League clubs to fight it out for Italian wonder kid
Pietro Pellegri, the 16-year-old Genoa striker has suddenly become the hottest property in world football after his exploits against Lazio the other weekend caught the attention of European bigwigs. Gazzetta Dello Sport writes that along with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have also jumped onto the bandwagon and are now looking at a potential deal for the teenager.
Along with the Premier League giants, Juventus, Napoli, and the Milan clubs are also keeping tabs on the young lad. Pellegri rose to prominence when he scored a brace in Genoa's 3-2 defeat to Lazio last Saturday.
Arsenal keen on Raheem Sterling
According to the Daily Mirror, Arsene Wenger is a big fan of Raheem Sterling and is set to renew interest in the 22-year-old in January. The Gunners know Manchester City are looking for a deal for Alexis Sanchez in January and Arsenal hope that any deal for the Chilean will include Sterling coming in the other direction. The Englishman has started the season brightly and has already scored four goals this campaign.
