Mario Baletolli posted this picture on his Instagram account but removed it soon after

Italian forward Mario Baletolli has created another controversy after he posted a picture of himself with a gun on his Instagram account with the caption "a big kiss to all the haters".

Baletolli instantly removed the picture from his account, but it is very much likely that the AC Milan player will attract even more negative attention for his latest message on social media.

 

Italy and Balotelli did not have a good World Cup

The 23-year old will also attract the ire of his fans and supporters in Italy, as he did not have a good World Cup and has also been the target of racial abuse earlier.

Baletolli scored the winning goal for Italy against 2-1 victory over England in the 2014 FIFA World Cup but came up with unimpressive performances in the remaining two games as Italy crashed out of the tournament at the group stages.

Cesare Prandelli who later stepped down as the coach of Italy criticized the performance of the former Manchester City forward and said that he is not a ‘champion’.

"If he wants to become a champion he has to live in the real world and not his own virtual reality," said Prandelli.

Balotelli and controversies

Baletolli is no stranger to controversy and many stories are known that happened during his Manchester City days but this recent antic will certainly not go down well with the Milan officials as his place in the team is likely to come under scanner.
