Mario Balotelli to San Siro?
Sources report that Manchester City and AC Milan have come to an agreement regarding the deal of Italy and Manchester City striker, Mario Balotelli.
It is expected that the Premier League champions are expected to announce the £17 million deal for the striker today. Reports suggest than Milan might also include midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng with the bid.
It is understood that Balotelli threw a leaving party for his close friends at his house and told them that he was off to the San Siro.
Manchester City was hoping for better returns from from the 22-year-old, who they acquired for £22 million in August 2010.
Balotelli’s agent, Mino Raiola, has said “The truth about Mario? Ask the others because I can’t say. Until January 31 everything is possible.” He went on to say, “A loan deal has been excluded by their directors.”
Milan vice-President said “At today’s price it’s 99.5 per cent certain that he is not coming. The stock market is closed until tomorrow.” Although, 24 hours earlier, he said that the deal was “99.9 per cent” dead.
Massi Alegri, the Milan coach has said “Balotelli is a Manchester City player for now. If he comes, I’ll think about how to manage him.”
