"A monumental shouting match" - Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez got into heated row as seen by a witness
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez reportedly got into a war of words recently. As reported by MARCA, an eyewitness saw the couple get into a heated public argument moments before getting on a plane.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have been in a relationship for seven years now ever since the Portuguese ace met the Spanish model at a Gucci store in Madrid. They currently reside in Riyadh, the capital of Saudia Arabia, along with their five children, after the five-time Ballon'Or winner decided to ply his trade for Al-Nassr in January.
However, as several couples do in their relationship at some point in time, the famous duo also got into an intense verbal war. The vigor of the argument prompted an eyewitness to describe the fight to Spanish journalist Abel Planelles. They said (via MARCA):
"They had a monumental shouting match before getting on a plane."
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have always been in public and the media eye owing to their superstar celebrity status. El Futbolero had recently pointed out that the Real Madrid legend was also upset with Georgina Rodriguez's attitude, believing his partner to have become 'self-centred'.
Nevertheless, the mega duo continue to turn heads and remain in their respective spheres of trade. Rodriguez showcased her status as a fashion icon in season two of the Netflix series 'Soy Georgina.' Ronaldo has found a new lease of life with Al-Nassr, scoring 11 goals in 14 games across competitions after his unceremonious exit from Manchester United.
How did Cristiano Ronaldo perform in his last game for Al-Nassr?
The former Manchester United superstar has been enjoying his time at Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr since joining the Saudi outfit in January this season. Despite a bad run in recent games, he has helped the Knights of Najd fight for the title with 53 points and has scored two hat-tricks since joining the side.
However, his last outing against Al-Wehda in the King Cup on April 24 was not a joyous one since Al-Nassr were defeated 1-0 and crashed out of the competition. The 38-year-old had an unlucky outing, coming as close as crashing one shot against the bar.
He had a total of six shots, of which, one was blocked and two were on target. He maintained a 91% passing accuracy completing 32 passes, created two chances, and successfully completed two of his five attempted dribbles. He also impressively won six of his 10 overall duels and made three recoveries. Despite the defeat, it was a decent performance from the 38-year-old.
