Antonela Roccuzzo enjoys night out with Lionel Messi's ex-Barcelona teammates' partners in Paris, shares pictures online
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar Lionel Messi's wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, has been pictured relishing her time with his husband's former Barcelona teammates in the capital city of France.
Roccuzzo, who got married to the Argentine forward in 2017, re-shared a photo of her night out in Paris with her long-time acquaintances on Thursday (May 18). She was accompanied by Barcelona great Sergio Busquets' partner, Cesc Fabregas' wife and daughter, and Sergi Roberto's wife during their recent group outing.
Roberto's spouse, Coral Simanovich, had initially posted the group picture on her own Instagram story.
Earlier this month, Roccuzzo had sent packages to Simanovich and Elena Galera, who has been married to Busquets since 2014. Messi's partner had gifted the pair phone covers made by her business venture CASETiFY.
Meanwhile, Messi's future has been a hot topic of speculation for the last couple of months as he is in the final two months of his contract at PSG. He has emerged as a target for Barcelona and Al-Hilal ahead of the upcoming summer.
Barcelona currently need to reduce over €200 million from their wage bill to comply with Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules. If they fail to lighten their books in time, the La Liga champions might miss out on the forward's signature.
Louis Saha identifies Arsenal as Lionel Messi's future destination
Speaking to OLBG.com, former Manchester United striker Louis Saha claimed that Lionel Messi could fit in at Arsenal amid speculations about his future. Sharing his thoughts on the potential permanent move, he elaborated:
"Lionel is very smart and can be an Arsenal-type player. He will have to have a manager who realizes he is not going to run all day. Do they have players who can do the Xavi [Hernandez] and [Sergio] Busquets role well?"
Expressing his excitement at the prospect of witnessing the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner in England, Saha added:
"With Lionel, you will be guaranteed 20-30 goals per season. He will also assist you in a lot of plays. It's about finding the right balance which will help him fit in. But Lionel will be exciting to have in the Premier League."
Should the former Newell's Old Boys man join the Gunners in a sensational switch this summer, he would provide elite competition to Bukayo Saka. He could also fill in for Martin Odegaard in a central advanced playmaker role.
Messi, 35, has been in stellar form for PSG in the ongoing 2022-23 campaign. He has netted 20 goals and laid out 19 assists in 38 games across all competitions so far, lifting the Trophee des Champions crown in the process.
