“But nah he’s useless” - Jobe Bellingham names 2 things Jude Bellingham must learn to make life easier for him

Jobe Bellingham, younger brother to Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham, has spoken about how his brother can make his life easier. The youngster has followed in the footsteps of his older brother, who came through the Birmingham City academy to become professional.

While the older Bellingham moved to Real Madrid last summer, the younger one also moved, within the Championship. Aged just 17, Jobe left Birmingham City to join Sunderland, where he has since thrived and developed into a top-rated talent.

Jobe Bellingham spoke about his brother in an interview, revealing two things the Real Madrid star can do to make life easier for him. The 18-year-old midfielder confirmed that his older brother still does not drive and can not make his meals.

He said (via @MadridXtra):

“Maybe if Jude could learn how to cook and drive, Mum could come back and live with me but nah he’s useless (laughs).”

Jude Bellingham has lived with his mother since moving to Borussia Dortmund at the age of 16, while his father remained in England with Jobe. Their mother, Denise, moved to Madrid with their older son as well, while Jobe continued living with Mark after moving to Sunderland.

Desperate to make a name for himself, Jobe Bellingham wears his first name on his shirt at the Stadium of Light, instead of Bellingham. The England U20 international ended his first season at Sunderland with seven goals in 45 appearances for the Black Cats.

Jobe signed a new contract until 2028 with the Championship side this summer after receiving interest from sides in the Premier League. The youngster has one assist in four appearances this season and is making a name for himself as something other than Jude Bellingham's brother.

Jude Bellingham set to miss Real Madrid's LaLiga return

England international Jude Bellingham is set to watch from the sidelines once more when his Real Madrid teammates take to the pitch in LaLiga on Saturday. The reigning champions will face Real Sociedad in their Matchday Five meeting in the first league game after the international break.

Bellingham picked up a foot injury after the draw against Mallorca on the opening day of the 2024-25 season, and has been unavailable for Carlo Ancelotti's side. The 21-year-old hinted at a return this month but was not spotted in training as his teammates ramped up preparations for the game, as per Jose Luis Sanchez.

Real Madrid will be without a number of key players for the tie against the Basque club, particularly in midfield. Aurelien Tchouameni, Dani Ceballos, and Eduardo Camavinga will not feature for Los Blancos as they all continue to nurse injuries.
