Carlo Ancelotti provides Jude Bellingham update after the Real Madrid star was subbed off in UCL fixture against Braga

Manager Carlo Ancelloti has provided an update on Bellingham's fitness, stating that the midfielder will be fine to feature in their upcoming El Clasico on Saturday, October 28.

Bellingham's strike on Tuesday night was his third goal in as many Champions League contests this campaign. Coupled with a sensational tally of eight goals in nine league appearances, Bellingham's debut season in Madrid has been truly remarkable so far.

Talking about Bellingham's substitution late in the game, manager Carlo Ancelotti said (via Madrid Xtra):

"Jude Bellingham is fine. His adductor is a bit overloaded due to the status of the pitch. He's a bit tired but it's normal."

Ancelotti added (via Fabrizio Romano):

"Jude Bellingham is not at risk for El Clasico. He only had some minor discomfort, no serious injury."
