Cristiano Ronaldo breaks silence on Instagram amid Georgina Rodriguez rumours

Al-Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has seemingly squashed the rumors around his relationship with partner Georgina Rodriguez, by posting a romantic snap on his Instagram handle.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez could be seen locking lips while enjoying food in a restaurant. The Portuguese superstar captioned the post:

"Cheers to Love."

Georgina Rodriguez has previously dismissed claims that her relationship with Ronaldo is not on the best terms. The model had written on social media:

"The envious invents the rumour. The gossiper spreads it."

Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been partners since 2017. The pair first met when the five-time Ballon d'Or winner used to ply his trade for Real Madrid.

While they haven't gotten married yet, they share a long relationship and have two children while co-parenting three others. They have lived in Turin and Manchester and now reside in Riyadh after Ronaldo's move to Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr in December.

Cristiano Ronaldo arrived at Al-Nassr after mutually terminating his contract with Premier League giants Manchester United last November.

The 38-year-old left European shores for the first time to embark on a new venture at the Saudi Pro League in the Middle East. The Portugal captain has bagged 12 goals and two asssists in 15 games across competitions for his new club.

Interestingly, all his goal contributions have come in the Saudi Pro League, where Al-Nassr (56) trail leaders Al-Ittihad by three points, having played a game more. Ronaldo made his Al-Nassr debut against Ettifaq FC in the Saudi Pro League but drew a blank in the 1-0 home win.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner - who went without a goal contribution - then saw his new team crash out of the Saudi Super Cup semifinals, losing 3-1 to Al-Ittihad.

Ronaldo's first goal came in the 2-2 league draw at Al-Fate before bagging all four goals in the 4-0 win at Al-Wehada FC. He then bagged his second Al-Nassr hat-trick in the 3-0 league win at Damac FC.

The Portuguese, though, drew a blank in two King's Cup games as Al-Nassr were beaten in the semifinals by Al-Wehda FC. He's now set for a second-straight trophyless season for the first time in his illustrious career.
