When Joshua Kimmich gave his verdict on the Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi debate

The Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi debate is an everlasting one. Fans have been arguing about who the better player between the duo is for a while. Bayern Munich superstar Joshua Kimmich once shared his take on the matter.

The German international claimed that both players are unique in terms of their skill sets. He further added that it's hard to definitively pick one player over the other as both of them are great.

Kimmich told BILD:

"When it comes to goal quotas, Ronaldo is in the lead. Messi is a completely different type of player. Ronaldo is perhaps more complete in terms of skills themselves. Messi is more a dribbler, Ronaldo the final player. I cannot say this one or that one [is better]. I am glad that I am allowed to witness both."

Kimmich's answer is a very good one considering the fact that both superstars have been serial winners. Rather than trying to pick a winner in the Cristiano Ronaldo vs. Lionel Messi debate, fans should focus more on enjoying them in action as long as they are playing.
