Al-Nassr fans on X have hailed Cristiano Ronaldo's new teammate, Angelo Gabriel after he scored in their 2-0 win against Al-Wehda. The Knights of Najd bagged their third Saudi Pro League win of the season at Al-Awwal Park on Friday, September 27.
Stefano Pioli opted to start Gabriel down the right wing, with Anderson Talisca missing out entirely due to injury. The £19.4 million summer signing from Chelsea scored his first goal for Al-Nassr, breaking the deadlock in the 41st minute with a good finish in the top left corner.
During his 84 minutes on the pitch, he created four chances, won nine duels, and scored the first goal on the night. Fans on X were impressed by Gabriel's performance with one posting:

Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr cruise to 2-0 win against Al-Wehda in SPL clash
Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr took care of business in their clash against Al-Wehda, continuing their flawless start under new boss Stefano Pioli.
Ronaldo nearly garnered an assist in the fifth minute when Gabriel narrowly missed the target. Wesley struck the post in the 35th minute. Gabriel then gave the hosts the lead six minutes later with an exceptional finish into the top corner following a fast counter-attack.
Sultan Al-Ghannam won Al-Nassr a penalty in the 54th minute, which Cristiano Ronaldo converted two minutes later with a cool finish. The Knights of Najd defended well afterward to seal a comfortable win. Waleed Bakshween was also dismissed in the 86th minute to reduce Al-Wehda to 10 men.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. are now second in the league table with 11 points from five games, one point behind leaders Al-Hilal, who have a game in hand. They next face Al-Rayyan in the AFC Champions League Elite West on Monday, September 30.
