Harry Kane drops massive hint on future amid transfer interest from Manchester United this summer

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has dropped a hint that he will snub interest from Manchester United and remain with the Lilywhites.

Kane, 29, is on the Red Devils' radar, with Football Insider reporting that he sits atop Erik ten Hag's summer transfer wishlist. The English forward has just over a year left on his contract as uncertainty mounts over his future.

However, Kane has hinted that his future lies with Tottenham, in an interview with Sky Sports. The England captain insisted that he always gives his all on the pitch while trying to help the club become more successful.

"I think on the pitch I always give 110%. I always give my all for the team and the club. I think off the pitch I try and have those conversations with the chairman, with the staff here and try and give my opinion on some of the things that could help us."

Kane gave a big hint about his future by discussing the successful environment he wants Spurs to implement:

"Just be more consistent and more successful in the culture that we try and set.. We need to try and create that environment that drives success."

Kane has been in superb form this season, scoring 28 goals in 46 games across competitions. The Tottenham frontman has long been one of the Premier League's most renowned centre-forwards. He has won the Golden Boot thrice and has been vital for the Lilywhites.

However, Kane has regularly been mooted for a potential departure from the north London club amid their struggles for silverware. The last trophy they won was in 2008.

Manchester United are eager to sign a new striker in the summer, and Kane fits the bill. The aforementioned report claims that the Red Devils view the Spurs forward as a difference maker in their quest to close the gap on Premier League leaders and arch-rivals Manchester City.

Kane's England teammate Declan Rice has moved up Manchester United's shortlist for the summer, per The Sun. The West Ham captain put in an excellent performance in his side's 1-0 league win over the Red Devils on Sunday (May 7).

Rice, 24, completed four dribbles, won seven of nine ground duels and made four interceptions. That caught the eye of Ten Hag and Co. who gushed about his outing.

Manchester United are set to rival Arsenal for the Englishman and reckon they can persuade him on the move to Old Trafford. Rice has a good relationship with compatriots Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford.

Rice has been key for West Ham all season. He has made 44 appearances, scoring four goals and providing as many assists.
