"He is bringing down Arsenal", "Seriously terrible" - Arsenal fans unhappy with star's performance in their 2-2 draw with Liverpool

Arsenal fans on X have criticized Kai Havertz after he failed to make an impact in their 2-2 Premier League draw against Liverpool. The Reds came back from behind twice to seal an important point at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, October 27.

The Gunners took an early lead in the ninth minute after Ben White dispatched an accurate cross into the path of Bukayo Saka. The latter did well to get past Andy Robertson before firing the ball into the roof of the net. However, Virgil van Dijk headed home following a corner nine minutes later to make it 1-1.

Arsenal's set-piece prowess continued as Mikel Merino headed home Declan Rice's cross to score his first goal for the Gunners in the 43rd minute. However, Liverpool stepped up in the second half and were rewarded when Mohamed Salah finished well in the 81st minute to secure a draw.

Havertz led the line in attack for all 90 minutes. However, the 25-year-old didn't pose much of a threat to Liverpool's defense. He failed to land any of his two shots on target, didn't complete any of his attempted three dribbles, and lost eight duels.

One fan reacted by posting:

"Havertz is seriously terrible, zero awareness of his surroundings"

Another fan tweeted:

"He was useless at Chelsea and now he is bringing down Arsenal"
