"He should seriously consider leaving" - Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke urges Liverpool star to join Real Madrid

Dwight Yorke has urged Trent Alexander-Arnold to leave Liverpool for Real Madrid. He believes that the Englishman will be tempted by the offer and should consider it.

Speaking to BoyleSports, Yorke stated that he would not be surprised if Real Madrid make an offer for Alexander-Arnold this summer. He has urged the right-back to make the move to Santiago Bernabeu and said:

"I won't be surprised if Real Madrid make an official bid for him. He's only played for his boyhood club and won the Premier League, the Champions League and everything else, but the stick he gets and having a friend at Real Madrid could tempt him to the biggest club in world football right now."
"For me, it's a no-brainer. If I were to advise him, those are the things I would look at because here he just gets knocked down - he should seriously consider leaving and going to Real Madrid."

Trent Alexander-Arnold has a season left on his current contract and is yet to pen a new deal. Los Blancos are keeping tabs on the defender and are ready to make a move.

David James believes Trent Alexander-Arnold will leave Liverpool for Real Madrid

David James has stated that Jurgen Klopp's exit from Liverpool could be the ultimate reason for Trent Alexander-Arnold's exit. He told Fair Betting Sites:

"I could understand if Trent wanted to go elsewhere like Real Madrid and look for a new challenge. There's something about Jurgen Klopp leaving which could be seen as a slight line in the sand. Although personally, I don't want him to leave, I could understand how others might feel this new era at Liverpool isn't the same as what he's accustomed to."
"He was catapulted into the limelight and changed a lot in his game to get himself back into that position. On top of that, with him not having the kind of Euros he'd planned to have this summer, a lot can happen in a very short period of time."

Apart from Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool also have the contracts of Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk on the agenda this summer.
