“I thank god for sending a gift like you” – 19-year-old Chelsea star announces his marriage on Instagram
Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos, who is on loan at Brazilian side Vaco da Gama, recently took to social media to announce his marriage. He posted a lengthy message on his Instagram to reveal the decision.
Santos will be getting married to his long-term partner Yngryd Santos. In his latest Instagram post, the Brazilian youngster wrote:
"You are very special to everyone, everyone is delighted with your way of being, at the beginning of our relationship I was impressed with your beauty, your character, your humility, the way you treat your parents, and your good heart!"
He further added:
"From the first day I met you, I felt something different. You were a gift from God in my life, I was sure it was you. Everything was happening very fast, and with a lot of intensity and with a lot of love!! But God was always ahead!"
Further sharing his appreciation for his partner and his desire to build their future together, Santos wrote:
"I thank God for having sent a gift like you, on which I want to build our family, our children, have our home, and live our dreams, projects and grow together, always side by side."
He continued:
"I promise that I will take care of you, with all the love in the world, I promise to do everything to make you smile, and I promise that I will do everything for our family!"
The youngster concluded:
"I love you so much, this date will forever be marked in my life! I love you so much, this date will forever be marked in my life! Forever me and you and God, my Wife."
Santos joined Chelsea from Vasco da Gama during the January transfer window. However, he was unable to get a work permit and was sent back on a six-month-long loan.
The 19-year-old has made 46 senior appearances for the Brazilian club and scored nine goals.
What's next for Chelsea?
Chelsea recently ended their six-game losing run as they defeated Bournemouth 3-1 in their latest Premier League game at the Vitality Stadium. The game marked the first win under caretaker manager Frank Lampard.
The Blues are 11th in the league, courtesy of their win. They have 42 points on the board from 34 league matches this season. Lampard's side will return to action on May 13 to take on Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea's performances this season have been far from what the fans expected them to be. However, they might salvage some lost pride by finishing the season in a strong manner.
