Jude Bellingham reacts to Real Madrid teammate Arda Guler scoring wonder goal at Euro 2024

Jude Bellingham has reacted to his Real Madrid teammate Arda Guler scoring a wonder goal for Turkey at Euro 2024. The 19-year-old scored an outrageous long-ranger during Turkey's 3-1 win against Georgia on Tuesday, June 18.

The attacking midfielder launched a purler from an improbable distance to hand his side a 2-1 lead in the 65th minute. Guler became the first teenager since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2004 to score in his European Championship debut.

Bellingham, though, wasn't surprised by Guler's spectacular strike. The Englishman commented under Guler's post (via Madrid Xtra on X):

"Not surprised abi."

Arda Guler also won the Man of the Match award for his influential performance against Georgia. The youngster joined Real Madrid from Fenerbahce last summer.

He had an injury-plagued first season in the Spanish capital. The Turk scored six goals in 12 appearances across competitions. Guler, however, has shown his talent in his limited appearances.

The teenager has also been nominated for the Golden Boy 2024 award. Guler is demonstrating his abilities at Euro 2024 and has started the tournament with a spectacular performance.

Guler's Turkey will return to action on Saturday, June 22, to face Ronaldo's Portugal. The Crescent-Stars are currently atop Group F on goal difference.
