Lamine Yamal becomes first teenager to record multiple assists at Euros since Cristiano Ronaldo, in Spain-Georgia Euro 2024 clash
Following his assist in Spain's 4-1 Euro 2024 Round of 16 win over Georgia on Sunday (June 30) in Cologne, Lamine Yamal has become the first teenager since Cristiano Ronaldo to record multiple assists at the Euros.
The youngster adds to his assist against Croatia and now has two assists at Euro 2024. His assist to Fabian Ruiz saw La Roja take the lead against Georgia en route a comfortable victory.
Lamine Yamal is one of the brightest starlets in the world at the moment, with the 16-year-old breaking the record for the youngest player in the Euros. He's also the youngest player to assist at the tournament and will be eager to find the back of the net to set another record.
Barcelona will be pleased with their talented youngster and hope that he can cap his impressive displays at Euro 2024 by winning the title. The youngster will hope to break other records set by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Lamine Yamal has had a week to remember, with the 16-year-old having success on and off the pitch.
The Barcelona starlet is also accomplished off the field and celebrated passing his school exams while on international duty. Lamal had previously revealed that he took time out to study and do his homework while at camp with his international teammates.
Speaking with Onda Cero, the record-breaking Spaniard said:
“I just came out of training, and I’ve been told it all went well,” he said. “I passed the exams and I have the ESO qualification now."
“If I’m honest, I saw them on my phone and it said I had passed so I just closed the application, called my mum and told her.”
Lamine Yamal and Co. next take on hosts Germany in the quarterfinals on July 5 in Stuttgart, He's looking to become the youngest player to win the Euros.
