“I thought to myself, ‘You stupid fool’” – Rebecca Loos accuses David Beckham of awfully cheating on her and Victoria with model
Rebecca Loos, football star David Beckham's former resistant, has revealed in a tell-all interview that she allegedly caught him cheating on his wife, Victoria. This accusation was made in response to the release of his Netflix documentary, 'Beckham', in which he spoke about rumors of his cheating.
Loos first accused Beckham of cheating on Victoria in 2004, when she revealed that she had had an affair with the star. The former Manchester United star reacted to the claims in his documentary, in which he never admitted to the affair and referred to the claims as horrible.
Loos sat down with the Daily Mail for the interview, in which she revealed that in addition to cheating on his wife, Beckham cheated on Loos as well. She recalled the event as taking place in the residence of Ronaldo in 2003 when she caught him in bed with a model.
She said that she had first seen him speaking with the said model during the day as she had accompanied him to Ronaldo's place as his assistant. Later that night, she received a call from his wife, Victoria, who had been trying to reach him, to no avail. Loos said:
“She’s upset because she’s calling David, and he’s not answering. I said I didn’t know where he was . . . And she says, ‘Don’t hang up, go and find him.'"
“I was like ‘OK…’ ‘So it’s a bit awkward. I went into the house and up the stairs, and I saw David’s two bodyguards outside a door.' When she whispered to one of the bodyguards that 'It’s Victoria' on the phone, the bodyguard went to get him."
She added:
“He [one of the bodyguards] disappears. When he comes back David is with him. I can see the model in the background lying on the bed. I can see it’s a bedroom. I was fuming, and I just looked at him, gave him the phone and said, ‘Your wife.’"
Speaking about how she felt seeing David Beckham with yet another woman, Loos revealed that she felt hurt and saddened by the episode, saying:
“I was so hurt. It was just this awful feeling and I thought to myself, ‘You stupid fool’ But he had me, he had his claws into me, and I was at his beck and call.”
In the interview, she also accused the former Real Madrid ace of playing the victim and not taking responsibility for his actions in the documentary:
“I understand he has an image to preserve, but he is portraying himself as the victim and he’s making me look like a liar, like I’ve made up these stories. It’s all, ‘poor me.’ He needs to take responsibility.”
David Beckham previously responded to the claims, calling them ludicrous as he waved them away. The Englishman remains married to Victoria, whom he got married to in 1999.
