Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag expresses confidence in his squad
Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United had a disappointing Premier League season last year, finishing in eighth place. However, their FA Cup success has given United fans renewed hope that the team can improve their league performance this season.
The club have been active in the transfer market, with major signings including Joshua Zirkzee, Lenny Yoro, Noussair Mazraoui, and Matthijs de Ligt. They are also looking to add a new central midfielder, which would provide the necessary depth for competing both domestically and in Europe.

"With the two trophies we won more than any other club, apart from City, in England. We are confident, we have a good team, we have a good squad. We have to be more consistent and we want to win every competition in which we are taking part, definitely also the Premier League," he said in the pre-match press conference. (via Guardian)
After their match against Fulham, United will travel to face Brighton & Hove Albion, followed by a clash with their old rivals Liverpool before the international break begins.
