"Messaged me a lot" - Kylian Mbappe says Real Madrid superstar asked him to join the Spanish giants
During his presentation at Santiago Bernabeu, Kylian Mbappe revealed that Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior asked him multiple times to join the Spanish club. The France captain joined Los Blancos last month on a free transfer after a lengthy transfer saga.

Mbappe signed for Los Blancos after a six-year tenure at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The Frenchman went on to become the Ligue 1 club's all-time leading scorer with 256 goals. In his last season with them, he won the league title, the French Cup, and the French Super Cup.
In seven years at the French club, Mbappe bagged 17 trophies, including six Ligue 1 titles, four Coupe de France, two Coupe de la Ligue, and three Trophée des Champions.
The AS Monaco academy graduate's contract with Los Blancos is valid until June 2029. Mbappe will reportedly earn an annual salary of between €15 million and €20 million and a whopping signing-on bonus of €125 million.
