Lionel Messi's Inter Miami reportedly interested in signing Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne
Lionel Messi's Inter Miami are reportedly keen on signing Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne. The 33-year-old's current contract at Etihad is valid until the summer of 2025.
Manchester City have not offered De Bruyne a new deal or contract extension as of yet. The Mirror reported that the Herons are interested in bringing the Belgium star to Major League Soccer and will reach out to him in January. The midfield maestro is allowed to sign a pre-contract with a foreign club in the last six months of his deal with the Premier League club.
Kevin De Bruyne has missed 10 games for Manchester City this season after sustaining a hamstring muscle injury in October. He has recorded two goals and two assists in 12 appearances across competitions this season.
