“One hour, I’m going to do the same as you” - Cristiano Ronaldo puts son through intense training session

Cristiano Ronaldo recently forced his son to push his limits during a training session in the gym. One of the biggest reasons behind the Portuguese star's long and legendary career has been his fitness.

Born on June 17, 2010, Cristiano Jr. is 14 years old. He plays for the Al-Nassr youth team.

According to Marca, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner recently urged his son to work harder in the gym, telling him:

"Muscle up, five exercises, carpet, five exercises, carpet. One hour, I'm going to do the same as you. There are three series of two minutes that is a total of six. Do two minutes, do it at the same time. You make a belt and I make another and we do it at the same time."

Cristiano Ronaldo's intense physical training has seen him become one of the all-time greats in football. He is the leading goalscorer in the history of Spanish giants Real Madrid with 450 goals and 131 assists in 438 games. His son will hope his exertions in the gym lead him to a similar career to his legendary progenitor in the years to come.
