PL club ready to sign Chelsea winger on loan this summer - Reports

Big-spending Chelsea have been on a purchasing spree. However, the club is now looking to ship out some players. Reportedly, the London giants are open to selling Noni Madueke for a fee in the region of £30 million.

According to a report by Football Insider, Newcastle United have expressed interest in acquiring the promising winger Chelsea signed from PSV Eindhoven for approximately £28.5 million.

However, the steep price tag has made Newcastle explore alternative financial arrangements due to Premier League spending regulations. Football Insider hinted that Newcastle's current strategy involves proposing a loan deal with an obligation to buy, allowing them to manage their financial outlay more effectively. Ultimately, the outcome of this transfer saga hinges on whether Chelsea are willing to accept these complicated terms.

Madueke has made 49 appearances for the club and scored nine goals across all competitions since moving to Stamford Bridge in January last year.

Regarded as a player with significant potential, the English winger is at a stage in his career where he will prioritize regular first-team football. Newcastle have struggled to find a right-wing option, and Madueke could present himself as the perfect solution alongside players like Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.

Chelsea to face stiff competition in the transfer market for Victor Osimhen after injury to PSG forward

Chelsea have courted Napoli's Victor Osimhen all summer. However, they are yet to finalize the deal.

According to Caught Offside, the Nigerian agreed on personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain earlier in the window. However, a valuation gap hindered the deal. Since then, the EPL Giants have locked their sights on Osimhen, discussing a deal with Napoli that could see Romelu Lukaku moving the other way.

But with Goncalo Ramos picking up a serious injury during PSG's game against Le Harve, Calciomercato believes there is a chance the Parisian club could reignite their long-standing interest in Osimhen.

If the Ligue 1 heavyweights enter the race for the prolific striker, the Blues will find it difficult to persuade the 25-year-old. Given PSG's desperation, the club could end up meeting Napoli's lofty valuations and trump the London club. Todd Boehly will be forced to take prompt action and satisfy the demands of the Serie A side before PSG can swoop in.
