Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to make a move to sign Brazilian defender Vitor Reis this summer. The Palmeiras youngster has emerged as a target for the European champions, who are fans of his rapid development in Brazil.
Palmeiras are blessed with a good squad that has led to successive Brasileirao Serie A titles in 2022 and 2023. A lot of the success has been due to the quality of their academy set-up, which has provided them with quality players to compete with the league's finest.

The latest reports now indicate that they are prepared to pay up to €400 million to sign the Brazilian, which would see them shatter Neymar's world record of €222 million switch from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.
Vinicius Jr has a €1 billion release clause in his Real Madrid contract and is unlikely to make a move to the Gulf nation yet. The Brazilian star is being looked at to replace Allan Saint-Maximin, who left Al-Ahli for Fenerbahce this summer.
