Real Madrid vs Manchester City - Clash of the Titans
Pep Guardiola is determined to win the Champions League as he has not managed to get his hands on the trophy since leaving Barcelona. The Manchester City manager was talking to the media ahead of the Bernabeu clash and said as per MARCA:
"One day we will reach the final and we will win it. I wouldn't like to win the Champions League and then go down and down and down. Being stable is the most important things as a club, Madrid are an example."
Erling Haaland has been in top form for Manchester City this season, but Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti insists that they will not have a plan for the Norwegian. He told the media via GOAL:
"Haaland is a very dangerous player. He's an obvious danger. But only talking about Haaland means not talking about a complete team that plays well, that attacks, that has ideas. We aren't planning how to play Haaland, but rather to play a team that looks unstoppable. I think we can have a chance to play an even, competitive game, and we can win."
Manchester City can win the Premier League title this season, while Real Madrid come into the game with the Copa del Rey title under their belt.
