Neymar gets a new toy - releases his own doll

Neymar has released his own doll

Brazilian superstar footballer and the latest addition to Barcelona’s forward-line, Neymar has released his own doll.

In a partnership with toy manufacturer Cosmokids, the 21-year-old’s 16.5 inch tall action figure fashions a fauxhawk and diamond earring, and costs £50.

It also comes with an extra kit and additional football boots, to probably cover for the muddy jersey as a result of all the Neymar dives.

Also, those planning to buy one will have to make a quick move, as only 12,000 figures have been made in the initial production plan.

Haven’t yet established himself at Camp Nou, it’s no surprise that the doll comes dressed in the Selecao colours, and not Barcelona. He’s the star player of the Brazilian team for the 2014 World Cup at home.

Neymar’s performance helped his team lift the Confederations Cup recently, where having been adjudged the best player of the tournament, he won the Golden Ball award in 2013.

At international level, he’s been involved in 47 goals (27 goals, 20 assists) so far in just 44 matches – a great achievement for such a young player.
