Neymar signs a new deal in Brazil

Barcelona bound Neymar has signed a new commercial deal with Mentos in his homeland. The superstar footballer signed a five year contract with the Spanish giants this week and is set to join the Catalan club in the summer.

The newly signed commercial deal requires Neymar to appear in an advert for Mentos mints and gums in his homeland for the next two years.

The 21-year-old said, “I love Mentos products and am very happy with this partnership”

Elzilene de Moraes, the brand marketing director for Mentos, added: “Neymar Jr is an athlete loved by all. He has courage and the ability to surprise, the same attributes of Mentos.”
