Nigel Pearson not to appeal touchline ban
London, Dec 24 (IANS) Leicester City manager, Nigel Pearson, said he would not appeal his touchline ban for swearing at one of the football club's supporters.
Pearson was penalised Tuesday for using an abusive word at the fan during his side's 1-3 defeat against Liverpool in English Premier League Dec 2, reports Xinhua.
He was handed an one-match touchline ban and fined 10,000 pounds ($15,517) after being found guilty.
The 51-year-old will not fight the charge, meaning he will be banned when Leicester, currently bottom of the Premier League, host Tottenham Hotspur on Boxing Day.
