Phil Neville joins Manchester United coaching staff

Phil Neville has joined Manchester United as a part of new manager David Moyes’ coaching staff.

Neville was reportedly pictured arriving at Carrington this morning and he is set to be announce as a part of the United staff that will include Chris Woods, Steve Round, Robbie Cooke and Jimmy Lumsden, who were all part of Moyes’ staff at Everton.

Neville played under David Moyes at Everton for nearly eight years after beginning his career at Old Trafford.

The 36-year-old made his debut with United in 1995 and captained the side which won the eighth FA Youth Cup title later that year.

Neville won more than 250 appearances for Manchester United and he went on to win six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, a Champions League title and also an Intercontinental Cup before leaving for Everton in 2005.
