Poland are set to host Italy at the Stadion Energa Gdansk on Sunday night in their next UEFA Nations League fixture.

Poland come into this match with confidence after registering a 5-1 thrashing of Finland on Wednesday. A hat-trick from West Bromwich Albion winger Kamil Grosicki and goals from Hertha Berlin striker Krzysztof Piatek and Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik sealed the victory for Poland. Ingolstadt winger Ilmari Niskanen scored the only goal for Finland.

Italy, on the other hand, beat Moldova 6-0 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Wednesday. A brace from Shanghai Shenhua winger Stephan El Shaarawy, an own goal from Veaceslav Posmac and goals from Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante, Sassuolo striker Francesco Caputo and Sassuolo winger Domenico Berardi secured the emphatic victory for Italy.
