PSG transfer news: PSG give a warning to Real Madrid, PSG want Alisson and much more: 4th February, 2018
PSG threaten Real Madrid
Neymar joined PSG from Barcelona for a world record transfer fee of 222 million Euros. Real Madrid has been constantly linked to bringing the Brazilian winger back to La Liga.
According to the Don Balon, PSG have threatened Real Madrid against bidding for Neymar. The Paris based club did something similar with Barcelona. The Catalan giants wanted to sign Marco Verrati in the summer.
PSG went forward and paid release clause of Neymar to sign him. Now they have warned Real Madrid that they can do similar to them if they try to pursue their interest in Neymar. Reports have stated that PSG have kept aside 200 million Euros to sign Asensio or Isco in the summer.
PSG values Alisson more than Donnarumma
PSG invested a lot of money on their forward line in the summer transfer window. They signed Neymar for a world record transfer fee of 222 million euros. The Paris based club also secured the signing of Mbappe on a loan deal with an option to buy for 180 million Euros.
Reports state that PSG are looking to sign a new goalkeeper in the next window. According to CalcioMercato, PSG inquired Roma for the price of Alisson Becker. The Brazilian has been brilliant for Roma this season and might look for a move next summer.
Roma want 45/50 million for their prized possession, which is more than the value of Donnarumma in the market. The asking price for the 25-year-old can further increase if he does well in the world cup.
Roma manager said Pastore wage demands were unrealistic
Javier Pastore wanted to move away from PSG seeking more game time ahead of the World Cup. The Argentine playmaker was constantly linked to a move to Inter Milan in the winter transfer window.
According to the four four two, Inter Milan only wanted PSG playmaker on loan but PSG wanted to sell him. Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti has stated that Inter Milan could not have met Javier Pastore's wage demands.
"It appeared nearly impossible because of the differences in salaries between us and PSG. If you're wanting to sign a player like him, who earns more than all of our players put together, first you need to look at the numbers. However, Rafinha has roughly the same characteristics as him," he added, referring to the loan signing from Bayern Munich.
