Radamel Falcao rejects EPL offers in order to play for Real Madrid

Radamel Falcao is hoping for a move to Real Madrid

Colombian striker Radamel Falcao has rejected offers from Tottenham Hotspurs and Manchester City with a hope that Real Madrid will make a move for him in the near future.

Falcao, who plays currently for AS Monaco, has made it clear that he wants to leave the club but only if Real Madrid comes knocking at his door.

It is reported that Liverpool are interested in the Colombian and are ready to place an offer only if their star striker Luis Suarez decides to leave.

Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, made no bones about having another striker at his disposal since the 21-year-old striker Alvaro Morata will be leaving for fresh new territories and looking at the present situation, Falcao fits the bill.

Falcao who earlier played for Real Madrid’s city rivals Atletico Madrid is contractually obligated to play for AS Monaco till 2018.

The 28-year-old couldn't represent his country in the ongoing 2014 FIFA World Cup in 2014 due to injury but now he is said to be fully recovered and ready to play in the next season.
