Real Madrid preparing a fresh bid for David De Gea
After a failed approach to bring De Gea back to Spain in 2015, Real Madrid are reportedly looking to renew their interest in the Manchester United custodian. The Daily Mirror reports that a goalkeeper is high on president Florentino Perez's demands with De Gea topping his wishlist.
De Gea has a contract with the Red Devils until 2019 and has been in fine form this season; picking up eight league sheets from twelve games. He is set to command a huge transfer fee in the region of £70 million which will see the Spaniard become the most expensive goalkeeper of all time.
FC Barcelona keen on a swap deal with Arsenal
Barcelona's interest in Mesut Ozil has been reported by us since the last week. The latest advancement in this story is that the Catalans have now set their sights on signing the German in January itself instead of waiting until the summer.
Don Balon has reported that FC Barcelona value Ozil at around £20 million considering that he is in the last few months of his Arsenal contract. The current La Liga leaders are looking to try and see a swap deal being taken place with Ozil coming to Camp Nou and Andre Gomes going the other way.
