Reports: Real Madrid have 'secret agreement' to sign former Barcelona superstar
What’s the story?
Real Madrid have been keen on signing Neymar from his Santos days. They were close to signing him, but his dad agreed on a deal with Barcelona and he moved to Camp Nou instead.
Even though he was at the Catalan side, Madrid were reportedly still interested in signing him. If reports in Diario GOL are to be believed, Florentino Perez has reached an agreement with Neymar to join them in the next 2-3 seasons.
In case you didn’t know...
This is not the first time such an 'agreement' has been reported. In September, just before Neymar was set to play his first game for Paris Saint-Germain, a Spanish journalist, Eduardo Inda claimed that the move to France was a temporary one.
He said he was sure that they had agreed terms with the Brazilian already about a move to the Bernabeu. But, that will only happen once Cristiano Ronaldo leaves the club. The former Barcelona man is seen as the ideal replacement for Ronaldo by the board members at Madrid, including Florentino Perez.
The heart of the matter
Real Madrid have been tracking Neymar since his teenage days and are still interested in signing him. The former Barcelona man has just moved to PSG but he's already planning his next move.
Some reports suggest that should PSG come under the scanner for breaching FFP rules, they will immediately sell Neymar to Real Madrid. The clubs too have an agreement according to reports in Spain.

Author’s Take
Neymar is and always has been a Real Madrid fan according to several reports. It won't be a surprise if he actually moves to thBernabeu in the future. He's played for Barcelona but does he actually love the club? Questionable.
If he actually did, he might not have decided to leave them when things were going well. As for this 'secret agreement', it is not possible for anyone to confirm or deny it.
