Reports: Javier Hernandez linked with a shock move to AC Milan

Javier Hernandez: Set for another switch?

Mexican international and on-loan Real Madrid striker, Javier Hernandez. more fondly known as Chicharito, has been linked with a shock move to Italian Serie-A side AC Milan.

According to reports coming out from England, the striker who moved to the Spanish capital on the last day of the summer transfer window in search of regular has failed to break into Carlo Ancelotti's scheme of thing at the Bernabeu and is set to return to Old Trafford.

The Mexican however doesn’t seem to be in Louis van Gaal’s scheme things for the future and reports suggest that the Red Devils might yet unload him to AC Milan in order instantiate a swap deal involving Milan’s French international centre-back Adel Rami.

AC Milan have been scouring for striker ever since the departure of Mario Balotelli to Liverpool in the summer and the failed stint of Fernando Torres which is set to be terminated.

Adel Rami has been one of the hottest transfer prospects in Serie A with the Frenchman having established himself as the mainstay of the Milan defence this season. Rami had been regularly linked with Arsenal, but with Chicharito on offer, Filippo Inzaghi might be tempted to ponder deeply upon the deal.

This deal would provide AC Milan another renowned goal-getter, alongside the soon-to-arrive Alessio Cerci, something they have lacked all season. Meanwhile, the arrival of Rami would mean an addition of both depth as well as experience in the Manchester backline, which has been severely hit by injuries.
