Arsenal and Chelsea offered chance to sign Liverpool target from Bayern Munich for £50 million - Reports

Arsenal and Chelsea have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman, who is also being targeted by Liverpool. The 28-year-old winger struggled with injury last season, managing to play only 17 Bundesliga games, where he scored thrice and assisted as many goals.

His lack of playing time has led to rumors linking him with an exit away from the Allianz Arena. He is thought to be no longer dispensable to the club, and according to a report from HITC (via Caught Offside), the Premier League giants are now aware of his availability.

As per the report, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea are all interested in the services of the 28-year-old.

The Reds wish to push for Kingsley Coman, partly due to depth in attacking areas. With an aging Mohamed Salah on the right wing and Luis Diaz on the left, signing another winger for further depth is seen as vital for the Anfield club.

It is a similar case for Arsenal, who have players like Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Leandro Trossard on their attacking flanks. Providing further depth would enhance their chances of competing across multiple fronts.

Chelsea may have already signed expensive options for the wings in players like Mykhailo Mudryk, but a sub-par season from the winger has seen them turn to Coman.

It is believed that Coman will cost approximately £50 million, which could be a stumbling block for any interested suitor.

Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea target speaks about future in La Liga

Athletic Club forward Nico Williams is reportedly on the radar of Premier League giants Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal, following an impressive campaign. The 21-year-old winger was a regular source of goals and assists, helping Bilbao with 27 direct goal contributions in just 37 appearances.

While these performances have led to rumors about a potential Premier League move that could cost €58 million, the forward has no intentions of leaving Bilbao. He made this clear in an interview with SPORT (via Football Espana):

“I recently renewed with Athletic. I am very comfortable at Athletic, I am very happy. I just renewed my contract a few weeks ago. It is very strange that you ask me about these questions…”

Currently, Williams is part of the Spain squad that has gotten to the knockout stages of Euro 2024, starting two games for La Roja.
