Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr make €30 million bid to sign Premier League superstar who has agreed Saudi Pro League transfer: Fabrizio Romano

According to Fabrizio Romano, Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr have made a €30 million bid for Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson Moraes. The Brazilian shot-stopper has reportedly agreed on a move to the Middle East.

However, there is a discrepancy in the valuation of the goalkeeper as the Cityzens want more than €50 million to let Ederson leave. Hence, it depends on City whether Ederson would leave.

Ederson's departure would see Stefan Ortega take up the goalkeeping duties at the Etihad next season, as Romano reported. Al-Nassr, meanwhile, currently have David Ospina as one of their goalkeepers.

Al-Nassr have built a star-studded squad with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Alex Telles, Aymeric Laporte, and more. Ederson's potential arrival would further galvanize the team.

The Brazilian has been fundamental to Pep Guardiola's system in recent years and an undisputed starter between the sticks. He joined Manchester City from Benfica in 2017 and has so far made 332 appearances for the club, keeping 155 clean sheets.

He has won six Premier League titles and a Champions League, among other honors, with Manchester City. The 30-year-old is also a 25-time Brazil international and has kept 12 clean sheets for the Selecaos.

Ederson's current deal with City runs until the end of the 2025-26 season. As per Transfermarkt, he has an estimated market value of €35 million.
