Los Blancos currently have three of their defenders out with injuries for the rest of the season and are planning to make additions to their defense in the upcoming transfer window.

Florian Plettenberg also reported that Manchester United, who are also reportedly interested in Davies, expect the defender to sign a new contract with Bayern.

Alphonso Davies has contributed to 10 clean sheets while providing three assists in 19 appearances across competitions for Bayern Munich this season.
