Real Madrid willing to listen to offer for 24-year-old star amidst interest from Liverpool and Chelsea: Reports

Real Madrid are reportedly ready to part ways with Aurélien Tchouaméni if they receive a suitable offer, amid interest from Premier League clubs, Liverpool and Chelsea. Although Tchouaméni is currently enjoying his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, the Frenchman has somehow found himself on the list of possible outgoings on Real Madrid’s list if the club gets the right offer.

Liverpool were relatively quiet in the transfer window, while Chelsea had a very busy transfer window. However, both clubs still seem to be on the lookout to add more quality to their squad. Arne Slot’s side in particular tried signing Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi in the summer transfer window, but the deal fell through as the player chose to stay at the Basque club over moving to Anfield.

Following the rejection, they were forced to look for other players who could fill the void that Zubimendi rejected. Arne Slot is reportedly said to have identified Real Madrid midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni as an alternative target.

While Tchouaméni has been named in Los Blancos' starting XI in seven of their first eight La Liga matches this season, the Frenchman is said to have not really impressed. Consequently, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is considering selling the France international next summer as long as a suitable offer is made as per Caught Offside.

While Ryan Gravenberch seems to have made the Liverpool faithful forget the pain of losing Zubimendi with his fantastic displays this season, adding Tchouaméni to the squad could ensure the Merseyside club isn’t left without a replacement should Gravenberch go injured.

Chelsea, on the other hand, are ready to do whatever it takes to acquire the services of Tchouaméni, according to Fichajes. The report also added that they have tabled €120 million for the player.

Martin Zubimendi wants to join Real Madrid amid Liverpool interest – Reports

Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi has thrown a dagger to the heart of Liverpool fans, as he reportedly wants to snub the Reds for La Liga side Real Madrid. Zubimendi was a hot topic on the Reds transfer radar in the summer transfer window, but the deal couldn’t materialize.

After the Spaniard rejected the move to Anfield, it was reported that he later regretted his decision to choose Real Sociedad over the Merseyside club. However, a new development about the player’s transfer situation has now emerged.

According to TBR Football, Martin Zubimendi has decided that he wants to join Real Madrid despite the somewhat unabating interest from Liverpool. Apart from Liverpool, the 25-year-old was also a subject of interest to Arsenal, but neither side was able to convince him to the Premier League.

This decision will, however, not dissuade both Premier League clubs from intensifying their interest in the player. As for Los Blancos, they consider Zubimendi a replacement for Luka Modric, who is already in the twilight years of his career.
