Rumour: Former Chelsea center-back Alex agrees terms with AC Milan
According to sources, former Chelsea star and current PSG defender has agreed terms with Italian giants AC Milan, which will see him leave France at the end of the season.
The Brazilian’s contract runs out at PSG in the summer and will join the San Siro outfit on a free transfer.
The 31-year old was sold by Chelsea under the stewardship of Andre-Villas Boas in 2011, when the Stamford Bridge favourite decided it was time to leave the club where he spent some of his best years as a footballer.
The defender went on to notch up 94 appearances for the French Ligue 1 giants, forming a great partnership with fellow Brazilian and currently one of the best centre backs in the world, Thiago Silva.
Alex will re-unite with former Chelsea team-mate Michael Essien who joined the Rossoneri’s last summer when he was deemed surplus to requirements by Jose Mourinho.
