Rumour: Hull City plot ambitious bid for AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari
According to the Daily Star, Hull City are planning an outrageous £3.9 million bid to bring AC Milan ace Sulley Muntari to the KC Stadium.
Sulley Muntari moved to AC Milan from bitter rivals Inter Milan on a free transfer 18 months back and has since been a regular in the first team. However, following the recent sacking of manager Massimiliano Allegri, the Ghanian’s spot in the side has been thrown into considerable doubt.
Hull City manager Steve Bruce has already splashed the cash this winter on two proven goal scorers in Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic, as they look to consolidate their magnificent start to the season.
A move for the 29-year old might be a long shot, however, the former Portsmouth man might make a move if he is not assured of first team football at the San Siro under the new coach.
