Alessio Cerci

Manchester United target Alessio Cerci is open to a January move away from Torino after expressing his desire to play Champions League football before the World Cup. The 26-year-old has been attracting interests from clubs all across Europe after scoring 9 times in 17 league appearances this season.

Several English clubs have been extensively scouting the Italian and many were present to witness him in action at Craven Cottage for the friendly between Italy and Nigeria. The winger has also encouraged his suitors by expressing his desire to leave in the upcoming window.

“I feel ready for the Champions League - I have matured,” he said recently.

“I think it’s the right time to make the leap. I want to get there, even before the World Cup. Roma? It’s no secret to go back to where I grew up. Now it’s a dream, but also it’s a goal to go to Juventus.”

Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United have all monitored the former Roma man, while Juventus and AC Milan are also keen for his signature.
