Mason Greenwood drops hint about Manchester United as Getafe loan nears end - Reports
Manchester United on-loan attacker Mason Greenwood might not be returning to his parent club at the end of his loan spell. The Englishman has been on loan at Getefe for the season.
Greenwood, 22, doesn't seem to have a future at Old Trafford after he was arrested in January 2022 on charges of attempted assault and coercive behaviour. Although the charges were dropped a year later, the player was shipped out to La Liga side Getafe.
New United minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe recently said about the player (as per GOAL):
"Itβs clear we have to make a decision The process will be to understand the facts, not the hype, and then try to come to a fair decision based on values β is he a good guy or not β and answer whether he could play sincerely for Manchester United well and would we be comfortable with it and would the fans be comfortable with it?β
However, as per GOAL, Greenwood's luxury mansion, featuring six bedrooms and three reception rooms, among others, in Greater Manchester is up for rent. It suggests that the player might not be back at United anytime soon, despite having a contract till 2025 with the option of another year.
