PSG enter race to sign Liverpool and Manchester United target - Reports

PSG have reportedly entered the fray to snap up Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman, a Liverpool and Manchester United target. The 26-year-old has been with the Serie A side since the 2022-23 season.

Lookman has registered 50 goal contributions - 32 goals and 18 assists - in 79 games across competitions for Atalanta. That includes a memorable hat-trick in the 3-0 UEFA Europa League final win over Bayer Leverkusen - who were dealt their only loss of the season. It marked La Dea's maiden European title and first across any level in 13 years.

However, despite being contracted to the Gewiss Stadium till 2026, Lookman has attracted interest from mulitple clubs from across the continent, especially after his Europa League heroics.

As per La Gazzetta Dello Sport (via PSG Talk), the Parisians are eyeing Lookman after seemingly conceding defeat in their pursuit of Napoli hitman Victor Osimhen as they look to replace Kylian Mbappe. Luis Enrique's side have reportedly commenced discussions with Lookman's entourage, who have subsequently informed La Dea.

Interestingly, Calcio Mercato (via Caught Offside) has reported interest from the Premier League trio of Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool. Atalanta are seeking €60 million for the former RB Leipzig man, which is unlikely to pose a problem for the three clubs.
