According to Relevo, Real Madrid have set a staggering €250K entry price for newly installed VIP seats at the Santiago Bernabeu. The new 300 seats would offer exclusive food, best view, live shows and other facilities to the most important guests.
For the next 30 years' entry, one has to pay €250K, excluding an annual fee for the seats. The Santiago Bernabeu, set to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup final, has leveled up a bit, having recently gone through an eye-catching renovation.
The stadium has a retractable roof that can be closed to intensify the in-match atmosphere. The newly installed VIP seats are set to give fans an added sense of entertainment.
As per journalist Jorge Picon, the prices of the VIP seats are a bit different. It's €210,000 for the membership and another €24,000 for yearly rentals. Hence, the club would earn as much as €63 million from selling these tickets.
What is Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu's capacity?
The Santiago Bernabeu is one of the most iconic stadiums in European and world football. Home of Real Madrid, the ground has hosted some of the best players in history over the years.
The renovated version of the stadium could host as many as 81,000 people. However, as per MARCA, the club are working on expanding the capacity to 85,000.
President Florentino Perez made a bold claim about the new Santiago Bernabeu, telling the media (via MARCA):
"The new Bernabeu will change the history of Real Madrid. It is a dream that will shape our destiny."
As per reports, the Santiago Bernabeu stadium is valued at a reported €1.17 billion. The Madrid club reportedly took a €370 million loan to handle the cost of the renovation work of the stadium.
