Shinji Kagawa! The FUTURE???

Shinji Kagawa’s arrival to manchester united was not much hyped as it was overshadowed by Eden Hazard’s move to Chelsea. He arrived from his former club, Borussia Dortmund with an excellent season behind him, fresh from his domestic double winning season. But from many people’s view, the arrival of shinji kagawa and his first season at united has been dubbed as a flop season, an season where he has not met expectations. In my view, I don’t Think such is the case ,as Shinji Kagawa was doing very well in his first few weeks at Manchester United.

Donning the number 26 jersey, Shinji kagawa displayed some impressive perfomances in his first few games, such as scoring and assisting on his home debut, etc which won him the player of the month trophy for August. His career started well off in the first few weeks but then, his game got marred by injury, which kept him in the sidelines.

After an impressive start, Kagawa’s form withered away when he got injured and we haven’t seen such his form return back to him. Nowadays, he is not the player he was at dortmund, but i think he will flourish at united in the coming season, and also could play an intregal part in the road to united’s domestic double.His class is justified by his hatrick at Norwich and I think he will be better in the days to come.

And talking about the subject of kagawa and hazard, i think they both play very different types of games. This season has been Hazard’s season to shine, but I don’t think such will be the case in the upcoming seasons. Shinji Kagawa will definitely play an important part in SAF’s plans of the future.
